You spoke straight to my heart on the working mom, balance thing. It is tough but I think the best piece of advice I have heard on that is what makes you a good mom is doing what is right for your family and for my family I work because I have to just like you. And if I am honest in a lot of ways working does make me personally a better mom, it gives me a patience I know I would not have if I was home 24/7, maybe it is born out of guilt for not being there but whatever it is, it benefits my boys. And congrats again on your next one, now that baby Julian is here I so want a third... these little ones are the light of my life. Well said.
