Shooting this adorable family of 5 was so much fun. We met down at Del Mar Beach by the Powerhouse, and just set out to play. This is the second time that I have photographed these boys, and it was so fun to be officially joined by both their mom and dad, this time around.
Shooting this adorable family of 5 was so much fun. We met down at Del Mar Beach by the Powerhouse, and just set out to play. This is the second time that I have photographed these boys, and it was so fun to be officially joined by both their mom and dad, this time around.I met Kelly and the boys, with a stroller full of play things, and we set out to try to find a bit of open space. The bluff area, above the beach, was absolutely packed with other picnic-ers… so we had to walk a bit to find an open grassy area. This spot is so beautiful, and of course, the best open space was occupied by a wedding! With not too much effort, we found our spot, camped out with a few towels and a soccer ball, and just played. After a bit, everyone settled down for a snack, and a few “look at me!” pictures. They are so adorable.
Then we put everything away and just strolled on the beach. By the time we made it to the sand, quite a few of the day’s beach-goers had left, so we took advantage of the great soft light and open water front. I hope that this cute family will enjoy these snap shots of this time in their lives, for many, many years to come.
These boys are so bouncy… well the older ones at least. Little Max can’t move too fast yet, but I’m sure he’ll be joining his big brothers sooner than his mommy will wish!
Maybe someday Griffyn will actually jump out of an airplane?? Until then, I snapped this cute picture of him while he was sleeping. The jammies inspired me ;o)
Griffyn is so tiny… size 1 shoes! Daddy on the other hand has size 11.5 shoes. Some day, my little man will be as big as my BIG man! Believe me, I CAN wait. Enjoying every day.
